The stunning garden apartment has sea views and a large terrace with barbeque facilities and outdoor seating. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a main-en-suite. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan. A fully equipped kitchen is available with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining table seats six with ease or eight with extra chairs. The lounge has two couches and a flat screen TV with all premium DSTV channels. Two children can be accommodated in the lounge. The apartment is approx. 90m2 and has 24 hour security. There is a heated indoor pool in the building as well as laundry facilities. The location is very central in the Hout Bay popular beach area and within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. Nearby attractions include Hout Bay beach, Hout Bay harbour, Chapmans Peak Drive, etc. A bit further away are Table Mountain, VA waterfront, Several wine estates (9km), Cape Point Nature Reserve (50km) FREE wifi is available. Abalone 1

Abalone 1 is a luxurious beachfront duplex apartment with sea and mountain views, Hout Bay, Cape Town. The bay is spectacularly beautiful, with a long, clean beach perfectly suited for sunbathing, water sports, walking, cycling, kayaking and more. The front patio looks out onto the bay and is an ideal spot to enjoy the early morning and late afternoon sea views. The rear patio looks out onto the mountain and is private enough for sun-tanning or simply relaxing in privacy. It is also shielded from wind, which makes it ideal should the sea-breeze pick up. The main room ("sea-room") has a sea view. It also has a queen size bed, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with bath & toilet. The second room has a mountain view and contains a double bed and a single bed, ideal for a couple with a small child, or for 2 to 3 children/adults. The mountain room has a vanity with mirror. There is also a separate bathrooms with shower & toilet. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. Appliances include a dishwasher, a tumble-dryer for clothes, a large fridge with cabinet freezer, a 4-plate stove and oven, a microwave, plus the usual smaller appliances (kettle, toaster, etc.) and cutlery & crockery for 8. Two big sofas encircle the lounge. One of the couches folds out into a 2-sleeper bed. Also in the lounge are the TV, DVD player, DStv digital satellite TV (approx. 50 TV channels and 40 audio-music channels), and mini-HiFi with CD player. Abalone 2 is a beachfront garden apartment with sea and mountain views,Hout Bay, Cape Town. The bay is spectacularly beautiful, with a long, clean beach perfectly suited for sunbathing, water sports, walking, cycling, kayaking and more. The garden apartment features an entrance off the interior atrium, into the fully-equipped kitchen and entrance hall. This leads on to the open-plan dining area and lounge. A sliding glass door opens onto the double patio in the front, which has a fringe-garden overlooking the walkway. The patio offers sea and mountain views and is a great place to relax. The main bedroom with queen size bed has a sliding door leading onto the patio. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with toilet and a bath. The second ("atrium") bedroom has two 3/4 ("wide single") beds looks out onto the beautiful, tropical indoor garden. The second bathroom with toilet & shower is next to the Atrium Bedroom. The double patio, fringed by a small garden, looks out onto the bay and mountain, and is a fantastic spot for a breakfast with a view, braais (BBQ), or a relaxing sundowner! La Dolce Vita

La Dolce Vita is a luxury two bedroom apartment with stunning sea and mountain views that sleeps four,Hout Bay beach and less than five minutes walk to restaurants, bars and local shops. There is also a good selection of bars and cafes where you can sip drinks as the sun dips behind the mountain. The Gables

The Gables is a luxury self-catering villa with solar heated pool and Jacuzzi (both safety netted), Hout Bay, walking distance to the beach, and shops and restaurants. The villa sleeps 11 to 13 people. Five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, two lounges with French doors leading onto the garden with sparkling solar heated pool and Jacuzzi, two fully equipped kitchens. The house is ideal for one large - or even two families. Outside entertainment area with lounge set, dining table and build in BBQ. It consists of a main house (sleeps 6) and a cottage (sleeps 5/7). Sleeps 11 in total and there is even a sleeping couch to facilitate in total 13. The cottage and main house have an in-between door with a smooth flow as if they were one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances. Luisa House is set in a lush garden and offers beautiful views of sea and mountains. Bed & Breakfast Accommodation Three spacious en-suite double rooms with private entrances. The King's Place

The King's Place is a small holding set on 8 acres of prime agricultural land in the lush seaside valley of Hout Bay, Cape Town. Secluded and peaceful, it is surrounded by a magnificent garden with views of the back of Table Mountain and the Constantiaberg. We can accommodate 26 guests in total. The King's place has 2 beautiful swimming pools and a tennis court. VALLEY HOUSE is the name of our self-catering holiday home. It is set on the upper slope of our guest farm. It is a luxurious country experience enhanced by carefully selected furnishings and fabrics. It is a large home that can be rented as 1 unit or as 2 private separate units. Valley House is therefore ideal for a couple wanting a romantic getaway to a group of 18 to 20 people. VALLEY HOUSE 1 has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (sleeps 5 to 12 people) VALLEY HOUSE 2 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (sleeps 1 to 4 people + 2 children on bunks in passage area) VALLEY HOUSE 1 and 2 has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (sleeps up to 20 people) Both units have their own private entrance and braai area. Seals and otters can sometimes be spotted as well as whales during the months of July to December. Peaceful and quiet, a real getaway from the city rush. This room leads into a large shower area with extra height rain shower. Set on it's own away from the main house our cosy little log cabin, the Nest, has all that one needs to unwind and watch the world go by. This unit is designed specifically for up to two people. Berg and Beach

Berg and Beach is large home on the Fish Hoek mountainside offering premium self-catering accommodation for up to 10 people. As our guests you can expect a warm welcome, lots of local knowledge and luxury for less! There are two 2nd floor suites, Silvermine and Shelly Point. These suites can be made up with a king size bed or two single beds. Shelly Point also has a futon that is suitable for a child up to the age of 12. The suites have been redecorated recently and have ensuite bathrooms with showers. Each has a kitchenette with oven, stove, toaster, kettle and microwave. Cutlery and crockery for four is supplied, as well as pots, pans and many other kitchen implements. Free coffee, tea and milk is provided upon arrival. Both suites have LED TVs with access to DSTV's Family Bouquet. Free WIFI is provided, subject to reasonable use. Both of the suites enjoy excellent views of False Bay, Fish Hoek Valley and the surrounding mountains. Guests staying in Shelly Point or Silvermine have large private patios with built-in braais. Both suites have dining room tables with four chairs. Parking is on-street and our neighbourhood is one of the safest in the country! There is also a penthouse apartment, occupying the 3rd and 4th floors, called Good Hope. Guests staying at Good Hope have access to a 1st floor double garage with automated doors. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with a king size bed that can also be made up as two singles. The bedrooms are located on the 4th floor and both have access to a deck with panoramic views of False Bay, Fish Hoek Valley and the Atlantic! Situated on the mountainside in Fish Hoek, this establishment offers self-catering accommodation in three different units: A Place in Thyme cottage (sleeps 5); Big Thyme (sleeps 4) and Small Thyme (sleeps 2). There is a funicular (lift) to a carry guests to all the units. A Place in Thyme cottage (Freestanding) Comprises two comfortable bedrooms (sleeping five in two queen-size beds and a single). A pay telephone is also available in the home. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with ample cupboard space and en suite bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom and each has two single beds which can be placed together to form a double bed. All bedrooms have there own built in cupboards. The home boasts a private garden with patio and braai facilities and lock up garage. A maximum of 6 people may be accommodated in the house however no pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed inside the house.

UPSTAIRS @ No. 42 is a real home from home with beautiful mountain views and conveniently appointed for a relaxing break. Drive into secure parking right at the entrance. Up the stairs you will find a lounge-dining-kitchen area - fully equipped with TV & DVD; Radio/Music Centre; Stove with oven; Fridge with freezer and a Microwave. The flat sleeps 6 (maximum 4 adults) in 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with 2 double-bunk full-size single beds. Camp-cot and infant high chair also in unit. In the bathroom you will find a shower and bath, a basin and toilet. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner and 'baby-gate' complete this user-friendly set-up. No shortage of cutlery, crockery and glasses here - plenty to cater for additional dinner guests. There is a mass of cupboard space and linen for your comfort (even camping mattresses for that odd 'emergency' overnight guest). A four-block walk takes you to the best beach ever for excellent walking on white sands, safe swimming, or watch the Whales (between August and November) whilst enjoying a cup coffee or a light meal. Within 2 - 3 blocks you'll find the railway station, family restaurants, shops, a library, and sporting facilities - absolutely everything you need for a tranquil holiday. On the other hand, a drive round the scenic southern peninsula takes you to Simon's Town, Cape Point, Kommetjie and Hout Bay, not to mention the neighbouring Fishing Harbour of Kalk Bay, with its quaint curio shops and a choice of exotic food - from bistro to upmarket. Not too far and you're in the stunning City of Cape Town with its Waterfront. Get a bird's eye view from the cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain. Visit famous Vineyards all the way from Constantia to Stellenbosch and Paarl - any distance ranging from 20 km to a comfortable 100 km drive. Regret no smoking in bedrooms and beach towels are not provided.
